Refund & Cancelation Policy
Details of all our fees can be seen on our website within our terms and conditions of business and they are displayed clearly on our ordering invoicing system. Payment for all items is required with order and at that point our charges, as explained below will be payable
The charges we make for our services are Administration Fees. This is designed to cover such things as bank and credit card charges, delivery and processing refunds and chargebacks ("Other Fees").
If you are not happy with what you have ordered and cancel before goods are delivered there is a refund processing fee which is fixed at £5.00. Once the goods have been delivered then the full price quoted to you is payable. We cannot take goods back once they have been delivered to you unless they are faulty.
If you request a refund it will be made using the same payment method as the original order was placed using less our administration cost as outlined above
All claims for refund of faulty items must be made before the goods and packaging is opened. Once a bottle or barrel has been opened or broached it will not be replaced, except where the contents can be shown to be unfit for sale.
All faulty goods will be immediately replaced or a credit note issued to the value of faulty items. Please note however that if a bottle is found to be damaged it and not the case will be replaced or refunded
In the event of that you place an order with “DrinkPrice” which it is unable to supply in whole or part you will be given a full refund of items not in stock or offered a credit note.
If you have applied for an account and you cancel within 48 hours of your application, we may levy a reasonable administration charge to cover the costs incurred in dealing with your application. This is designed to cover the costs of undertaking credit scoring and other allied costs
Please note that we cannot provide our services to all businesses; this may be for legal, reputational or risk reasons. If we decline to offer you an account then there shall be no charge.
Once we receive your application for a trade account we will assess your business and review your settlement period (the standard period before we remit transactions to you). This is usually weekly after the first twelve weeks but we may in certain circumstances wish to amend this. We may also decide that because of the nature of your business and/or your credit score that we have to restrict your trade account before we allow you to commence trading.
Having considered your application, we will offer you a settlement period, and we may require the payment of a security deposit. In either case we will advise you by email of the terms. If, after receiving this email, but prior to your account being set live, you decide that you do not wish to proceed there will be no charge.
